Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Pixiry. By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

Pixiry generates video advertisements and still images from product information you provide, and can publish them to social accounts you connect. It is provided as a subscription. There is no free tier and no trial period.

Your subscription

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are already in, and your plan stays active until that period ends. A single video can also be bought outright without a subscription.

Each renewal grants that plan’s videos. Unused videos roll over and stay usable for 90 days from the date they were granted, after which they lapse. The rollover window that applied when you subscribed is the one that applies to you for the life of that subscription, even if we change the default for new customers later; the window on your account is shown on your billing page. Videos are spent oldest first, so nothing lapses while a longer lived one sits unused.

Failed renders do not count against your videos, and regenerating a single scene within an existing video does not consume a new one.

Payments and currency

Prices are published and charged in Saudi riyals. Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt and invoice. If you pay from outside Saudi Arabia the provider may convert to your own currency at checkout, and the figure shown there is the one you are charged. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and remitted by them.

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: a first subscription is refunded in full while nothing has been generated on it; once you have generated a video there is no refund and you cancel instead, keeping the period you paid for. Approving a refund ends the subscription and cancels any videos remaining on it.

If a payment fails we will retry it. While a payment is outstanding you keep the videos you have already been granted, but no new period is granted, and access is suspended if the payment is not recovered.

What you may not do

No adult content. Pixiry may not be used to generate NSFW, adult, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind. That covers nudity or partial nudity, sexual or suggestive posing, real or simulated sexual acts, fetish material, and advertising for pornography, escort or other adult services, sex toys or similar products. It applies whatever market you are advertising into, whoever your audience is, and whether or not the output is ever published. Sexual or suggestive content involving anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor is prohibited absolutely and is treated separately below.

You may not:

• Generate NSFW, adult, pornographic or sexually explicit content, or upload source images of that kind.
• Generate sexual or sexualised content involving anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18. There is no warning for this: the account is closed, no refund is given, and we report it to the competent authorities.
• Generate content for products that are illegal to sell in the market you are advertising to.
• Generate content that infringes someone else’s trademark, copyright or likeness.
• Upload images you do not have the right to use.
• Generate content that is deceptive about a product’s price, origin, or what it does.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, or that incites violence against a person or group.
• Resell access to your account, or share credentials with people outside your organisation.
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer or retrain on the underlying models, or to work around the safeguards that enforce this section.

We may refuse or block any request that falls into these categories, and we may suspend an account that keeps making them. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first. For sexual content involving minors we do not.

Who owns what

You own your inputs. Your product images, descriptions and brand assets remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to process them and deliver your output.

You own the output. Everything generated on a paid plan is yours, with full commercial rights, including use in paid media. We claim no ownership of it and require no attribution.

We own the service. The software, models, interface and brand remain ours.

You are responsible for making sure your ads comply with the advertising rules of the platform you publish to and the law of the market you advertise into. We do not review your ads for compliance.

Connected accounts

If you connect TikTok or Instagram, you authorise us to publish on your behalf when you instruct us to. You can disconnect at any time. You remain responsible for anything published to your accounts through the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Render times vary with queue depth, and the times quoted on this site are typical rather than guaranteed.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or the performance of any advertisement.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel from the dashboard at any time, with no email required. We can end this agreement if you breach these terms, or with 30 days notice for any other reason, in which case we refund the unused portion of your current period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Pixiry is registered, and disputes are subject to its courts.

Changes

We will email you at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
